"It was fast, and it is delicious!"
"All I can say is "WOW". Could hardly believe it when I saw the box on the front porch yesterday. It was amazing since I'd only finalized the order 24 hrs. earlier. I just want to say thanks for your prompt service and I can't wait to use it. I know I'll love it and will make many krumkaka batches before and during the holidays."

How to Make Lutefisk
The Holidays are Coming!
Here's some tried and true advice from LefseStore.com
How to Make Lutefisk
Baking the Lutefisk:
Place thawed, serving-sized pieces on a shallow glass or metal pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for about 20-25 minutes depending on the size of
the serving pieces. Do not overbake. Lutefisk should not be mushy, but
not too firm, either. Some cooks add salt and pepper during baking, but
others of us do not add any spices or butter during baking. Try it both
ways and see what your family likes.Serve cooked lutefisk with salt,
pepper, and melted butter on the side.

Great Family Fun and Heirloom Gifts
Get the Kids Involved and Make Some Memories TodayOur grandchildren and nieces and nephews love making lefse with us. We tell stories about our growing-up experiences on the farm and at Grandma's kitchen table. They love stirring up the lefse mix (easier than peeling potatoes). Then, they help with rolling out the lefse rounds and frying them on the lefse grill. We watch carefully for safety, but we let them practice their skills. Krumkake is another treat that kids like to make. We usually do the frying because the krumkake iron is hot, but they can roll the fragile cookies on the krumkake cones. We all enjoy the treats when they're cool.
