Homemade Quality Just Like Grandma's

This is the best real potato lefse because it is made from scratch, hand rolled, and baked by hand. We carefully choose the right Red River Valley potatoes and use only the best fresh ingredients. There are no trans fats in our lefse. Our quality shows, and customers have come to ask for us year after year. We freeze it quickly after it is properly cooled so it can travel safely to your home or to loved ones. Please keep lefse either frozen or refrigerated.

Contents: Potatoes, bleached enriched flour, soybean oil, salt, calcium propionate (a mold inhibitor), sugar. One sheet equals one serving:
Total Fat: 1.5 g (2%); Saturated fat and trans fat: 0g each; Cholesterol: 9 mg (9%); Sodium: 530 mg ( 22%); Total Carbohydrate 28 g  (9%) Dietary Fiber 2 g (9%), Sugars 1 g; Protein: 3 g. Caution: Allergens for soy and wheat. Each sheet is 130 calories, with 10 from fat.

Lefse is availalble in various quantities. Our packages of four large sheets serves approximately two people--but we've all been known to eat all we can. So buy enough for your get-togethers and then some for snacking and sharing. Lefse can be kept for up to one week in the refrigerator and will keep for many months in a freezer. Shipping is by United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Express Mail is a reasonable overnight alternative if you need it quickly; please call 701-526-1600 for a shipping estimate. Our lefse does not have any dairy products (no butter or cream). Customers love it! We ship within the continental United States and do our best to get it to our APO customers. Sorry, but we cannot ship frozen lefse to Canada due to the time spent in customs.

Storage Details

Lefse will keep for up to one week in a refrigerator. It will keep for many months in the freezer if it is properly wrapped. We suggest a good quality freezer bag or even a cardboard box.
