Returns
LefseStore.com offers a 30 day customer satisfaction guarantee for its cookware products. If you are not satisfied with your cookware order, you may return the item for a full refund less shipping costs within 30 days of receiving your LefseStore.com products. If you need to return a cookware product, please contact us at customerservice@lefsestore.com for return instructions. You may return cookware items within the first 30 days, and LefseStore.com will refund your credit card for the cost of the product minus any shipping, handling or freight charges unless other arrangements have been made with LefseStore.com. All cookware items must be returned in their original packaging, and no used merchandise may be returned. Please check with us if your lefse grill should need repair. We want satisfied customers, and our manufacturers stand behind their products. Other instructions are available with the merchandise.
We cannot accept returns of made-from-scratch fresh lefse.
Backorder Policy
Some products may be temporarily out of stock for as long as two to six weeks due to unforeseen circumstances. We will be in immediate contact with you if there should be a delay in your order. You will also be notified if something has been discontinued or is no longer available.
Shipping Policies
We currently offer free delivery on orders of $250 or more sent to one address within the continental United States.
Cookware is shipped via UPS Ground and therefore requires a street address (no post office boxes) for delivery. We ship cookware to anywhere in the continental United States and Canada (for an extra cost, sorry about that!). Shipping costs depend on the weight and cost of items ordered with a minimum shipping and handling charge $10.95 per order. We strive to ship within 5 business days from the time we receive your order. Delivery time depends on your UPS zone with an average delivery time of 3-7 business days. Any out of stock items will be backordered and shipped immediately upon delivery. Holidays are especially busy for LefseStore.com so order early to avoid delays.
Lefse is shipped within three days of receiving your order. It is sent by priority mail. Although the lefse can be unrefrigerated for a short amount of time, we cannot offer a full guarantee on the items due to weather and other factors beyond our control.
Expedited delivery is available, but please check with us first to get a cost estimate at customerservice@lefsestore.com.
Shipping to Canada is available for an extra $10-$50 USD surcharge to cover the shipping expenses to Canada. Please contact us by e-mail at info@lefsestore.com or call us at 701-526-1600 to confirm that you still want your order with the surcharge.
LefseStore.com does not ship outside of North America.
Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
