Spritz Cookies

2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon almond extract

Cream the sugar and butter. Add egg yolks and almond extract. Stir in the flour. Place dough in the cookie press and squeeze out into the traditional "S" or "O" shapes for the holidays. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

There is an additional charge for shipments to Canada and Alaska. Alas, we wish it weren't so, but the shipping costs are higher to these destinations.
