Crepe MakerCrepe Maker
Recipe for Thin Pancakes 1 cup sifted, all-purpose flour 2 cups whole milk (if available) 5 eggs 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon sugar 4 tablespoons melted butter Extra butter is needed if you are using a traditional metal frying pan. The non-stick Crepe Maker does not need extra butter for frying unless you choose to do so. Beat eggs very well. Add milk and beat a little more. Sift together the flour, sugar, and salt. Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Heat the Crepe Maker and bake the crepes on each side. Serve warm with fruit, preserves, confectioner's sugar, or syrup. Enjoy! |
