1 egg yolk
2 3/4 cups flour
Use the unchilled cookie dough in a cookie gun or spritz press. Place about a cup of dough in the cookie gun and press it into various shapes. Try using the different cookie gun figures to experiment with shapes. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes on an ungreased pan. Do not overbake.
