Plett PanPlett Plan for Swedish Pancakes
Cast iron pan makes seven 3" Swedish pancakes at one time. Swedish Pancakes for the Plett Pan 1 cup flour 4 teaspoons sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 eggs 3 cups milk 2 tablespoons melted butter or oil Mix dry ingredients. Stir in eggs and milk until smooth. Add oil or butter. Pre-heat the Plett Pan and season it well with butter or oil. Drop a small amount (maybe 1-2 tablespoons) into each depression in the pan. Fry on both sides until light brown. Serve immediately with your favorite sweet topping. |
