spend $0-35 and shipping will be $9.95 You spend $35.01-$70 and
shipping will be $13.95 You spend $70.01-$100, and shipping will be
$17.95 You spend $100.01-$149.99 and shipping will be $21.95 You
spend $150-199.99 and shipping will be $24.95, $200 and over and
shipping is free if it all goes to one address! There is an additional
charge for shipments to Canada and Alaska. Alas, we wish it weren't so,
but the shipping costs are higher to these destinations.
