Pastry board and cover: 19" round hardboard pastry board with raised feet and heavy duty cotton cover.
Corrugated rolling pin: all maple rolling pin with corrugated grooves throughout the rolling pin. Red painted handles that are sturdy and comfortable.
Rolling pin covers:2 all-cotton stretchable rolling pin covers that fit snugly over the rolling pin from end to end. Washable and sturdy.
"91 Ways to Serve Lefse": a unique compendium of ideas of how to serve lefse. Fun!
Lefse Mix:dry packaged ingredients for making lefse using potato flakes. Contains potato flakes, enriched bleached what flour, nonfat dry milk, and salt. Just add butter, water and mix and bake. Follow package directions.
Heavy duty potato ricer: Stainless steel heavy duty ricer with plunger and basket with holes for ricing cooked potatoes before mixing lefse dough.
Lefse cozy: 14" all-cotton duck two-piece lefse cozy with "Lefse is Beautiful" stenciling in red. Used for cooling fresh lefse by placing the newly baked sheets between the lefse cozy rounds. Helps retain the moisture in the lefse so they don't dry out during cooling.
Lefse stick: a full-size wood lefse stick with a larger, painted and stenciled handle and tapered lefse-turning end. Does not come with a sheath.
